Ensure key moments, campaigns, and youth leadership stories are shared in real time in engaging and compelling ways
Pipeline Connection & Follow-Through (10%)
Ensure every event, training, and piece of content creates a clear next step for youth engagement and continued involvement
Support recruiting, connecting, and moving youth into trainings, events, and leadership opportunities
Track participation across events and activities, support engagement follow-up systems, and contribute to reporting and internal documentation
Youth Engagement & Leadership Visibility (5%)
Build authentic relationships with youth participants and emerging leaders
Coach young people in storytelling, leadership development, and public visibility opportunities
Elevate youth voices consistently across programs, storytelling, and public-facing content
Desired Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in program coordination, organizing, or content creation; OR a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, youth development, education, public relations, or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience
Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy across details
Experience with social media and content creation across multiple social media platforms
Comfortable working with young people and in community spaces
Able to move between logistics and storytelling seamlessly
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-through independently

Amplifying youth voice and lived experience
We are a youth-led movement – not a traditional organization. We are rooted in the belief that young people are not problems to be solved, but leaders capable of transforming their communities, institutions, and democracy itself.
