Youth Organizers (Ages 14-24)
Grow as an organizer, storyteller, and movement leader with Good Trouble. Youth Organizers build leadership skills, engage peers, and help shape a youth-led movement for nonviolent organizing.
Role Type: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Position Overview: Good Trouble is seeking a Program & Storytelling Manager to help bring our work to life—both in execution and in story. This role sits at the intersection of program delivery (trainings, events, and youth engagement) and storytelling (content, narrative, and visibility), helping ensure our work happens consistently, is captured authentically, and reaches and activates more young people. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—close to the work, close to young people, and central to how Good Trouble shows up in the world.
Role Type: 0.5–0.75 FTE (20–30 hours/week)
Position Overview: Good Trouble is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-aligned Grants & Projects Coordinator to support the organization's grant processes, project coordination, and internal operational systems. This role is vital for maintaining organizational follow-through across fundraising and team coordination in our fast-moving, youth-centered environment
